I tried the tomato-topped meatloaf! It was delicious and easy. In addition, I made an apple cake with it. I love recipes that are easy and don’t take much time. Next, should be posted desserts that are easy to make that can be taken to meetings.

The Couscous with Chickpeas, Dried Fruit, and Cilantro looks great — but THREE cloves of garlic seems like it might be a bit much? I think this will be especially good reheated in the teacher lounge.

Yum! Lots of these recipes sound delicious. I haven’t had pad thai in so long – I’m going to try to find the ingredients for this on my next shopping trip. I’m not sure if my grocery store will carry fish sauce and rice noodles, but it’s worth a try.
Thanks for the meal ideas.

I make something similar to the Crunchy Biscuit Chicken Casserole, but I will have to try this one to give my family something a little different. I will be trying the Asian Meatball subs soon. That will delight all of my family members.
Thanks for sharing these recipes with us!
