This was very inspirational, however, I am disappointed that the writer ALWAYS referred to the teacher as “She”. Some of the BEST teachers I have known, including my father and my husband, are male. I think if this country stopped perpetuating the stereotype that teaching is a predominately a “female profession”, educators might get more respect.
