I am reading I can watch a recording on classroom set-up, but I don't see anything.

@cjorge Hi Carolyn!  Certificates are only available to those who we can verify attended the live webinar on the 16th.  This is to maintain the integrity of the certificate and any future certificates.  Our webinar software actually records the information just in case a licensing agency has a question about the time.  We'll have other webinar opportunities in the future though!  Thanks! ~Brandi

@Jodianne Hi Jodianne!  In order to maintain the integrity of the attendance certificate and any future ones we issue after webinars, they are only available to those who we can verify attended the live event.  Our webinar software keeps track of those who attended, but we have no way of verifying who listened to or watched the recording.  Don't worry though, we'll have more webinars in the future!  Thanks!  ~Brandi

@ChristineMarino Hi Christine!  You have to be on a device that supports Flash in order to see it.  Apple mobile and tablet devices, as well as Chromebooks typically do not have Flash, so if you're trying it from one of those that could be the problem.  I'd suggest trying it on a laptop or desktop and seeing if that resolves the problem.  If not, please let me know and we'll figure it out.  =)  Thanks! ~Brandi

@Lisa LaFond Hi Lisa!  Are you using a mobile or tablet device by chance? Or perhaps a Chromebook?  Those typically do not have Flash enabled.

That was the issue! I am able to view it on my desktop. Thank you so much!

@Lisa LaFond Perfect!  I'm so glad you're able to see it now!  If you have any questions or I can help in any way, please don't hesitate to let me know! =)
