Really Good You

When we envisioned a series on rejuvenation and inspiration during the holidays, the purpose was to encourage readers to take a break, both physically and mentally, from the daily stresses of teaching.  The more we thought about it, the more we realized that simply telling people to relax and be inspired simply would not work.  Figuring out why we stress ourselves to the point of discouragement and frustration was, in fact, the key to understanding how to stop negativity from encroaching on our joy.

Starting on Monday, we will be bringing you a series of five articles with a Really Good You theme.  We will be focusing on organization and clutter, inspiration, joy, reflection, and peace.  We do not have all of the answers, but we do have questions that might help you figure out the answers to things that are holding you back or making you unhappy in your own life.  This week, it is not about your students or your lesson plans – it is all about helping you be the best you can be.
