Stick ‘Em Up!
 Image via Wikipedia Use this clever idea by Nancy, a 1st Grade Teacher, in Fort Gratiot, MI, to decorate your classroom! To adhere anything to a wall whether it is brick, block, wood ,or drywall, I use a DAP® Seal ‘n Peel® removable weatherstrip caulk. I have not had any problem adhering anything to my walls. It comes off easily and dries clear. It is applied with a caulk gun. Everyone in my school borrows it!

Thank you for the tip! I have been using hot glue or velcro, but neither come off easily. Where do you purchase the seal n’peel?

This sounds great! I will try this since my walls are painted cinder blocks and nothing seems to stick on them. Thanks!

Love this idea. I teach a 4 year old pre-K class and we update the students work on our 4 walls (writing, math, science & art) every month. I go through a ton of fun-tak which used to be great, but hasn’t been holding up in the cold winter months. Will definitely give this a try!

Thanks for the tip! I was using hot glue as well, but even that won’t hold some of my posters up on the cinderblock. I’ll have to give this caulk a try. Maybe the days of re-hanging posters every morning will be over and my sanity will return.

Does this take the paint off when it is removed? I just use masking tape and am having to constantly re-apply during the year ( especially if it gets really humid and hot). I love this idea, but would like to make sure I don’t ruin the paint. Also, how expensive is it, and how much do you have to put on the posters? I want to make sure it is also cost- effective since I know I will have to apply it more than once since we have to clear our walls during state testing.

Super idea! A teacher who was in my classroom before me used hot glue all over the walls and it was really hard getting it off.
