There’s an App for That!

I set up my classroom library by grouping my books into genre-specific crates. I then scan each bar code into a free app that stores them like a library. That way, I can always keep track of who has borrowed which book title.
Note: One such app is Book Crawler (found in the Apple App Store) is an app that will scan barcodes, store them, and allow you to note who checked out each book.

I’m not sure which app Jared uses, but Book Crawler (in the App Store) is a great app for scanning and cataloguing books. Hope that helps!

I use classroom organizer by book source. You use your phone to scan the books. You can also check out the books to your students.

I use the same app that Jared does. Love this app, if you search google for booksource you can find the website.

Yes, Book Crawler is a great app to use to keep books organized. It is a huge project and mine is always in process!

I have my classroom library arranged by genre too. I think the app is a wonderful idea!
