Weekly Giveaway – November 4th-9th, 2012

Congratulations to Gloria, the winner of last week’s Really Good Weekly Giveaway, who won a Paper Pal Pocket Chart for her classroom!  Thanks so much to all who participated!

This week we are focusing on all things related to kindness, anti-bullying, and classroom community.  Help us choose the product that you’d like to see as the Weekly Giveaway by leaving a comment on the Really Good Stuff Facebook page.  The three options are:

1.  Stand Up, Speak Out Strategies 8-in-1 Poster Set – Take a stand against bullying and give your students strategies to deal with it when they see it.  This set of eight posters serves as a constant reminder for students to treat others as they would like to be treated.

2.  The Desk Fairy Poster Kit – This poster, wand, and notes kit will motivate students to keep their desks neat and organized.  The best part?  You get to reward good choices – not to mention you get a wand!

3.  Thoughts of the Week Mini Posters Set – This set of 16 double-sided posters are sure to inspire and motivate your students throughout the year.  They are perfect size for even the tiniest of classrooms.

Leave a comment on the Facebook post on the Really Good Stuff page letting us know which one you would like to see as the giveaway.  Votes are due by 3pm EST on Sunday, November 4th, 2012.

After a giveaway prize has been selected, you can enter to win by commenting on any Teachers’ Lounge blog post before 3pm EST on Friday, November 9th, 2012.  One random winner will be selected from all valid comments and announced on Sunday, November 11th.  Good luck!

Love #3. Our students can recite the Values Code forward and backwards, but this will be another way to reinforce these behaviors that we recite each day!

I love the positive quotes. As a fifth-grade teacher, I always try to find a way to encourage their dreams and instill self-worth in my children. This will give them a visual of my words and a topic to reflect on during journaling.
