Weekly Giveaway – November 4th-9th, 2012

This week we are focusing on all things related to kindness, anti-bullying, and classroom community. Help us choose the product that you’d like to see as the Weekly Giveaway by leaving a comment on the Really Good Stuff Facebook page. The three options are:
1. Stand Up, Speak Out Strategies 8-in-1 Poster Set – Take a stand against bullying and give your students strategies to deal with it when they see it. This set of eight posters serves as a constant reminder for students to treat others as they would like to be treated.

Leave a comment on the Facebook post on the Really Good Stuff page letting us know which one you would like to see as the giveaway. Votes are due by 3pm EST on Sunday, November 4th, 2012. After a giveaway prize has been selected, you can enter to win by commenting on any Teachers’ Lounge blog post before 3pm EST on Friday, November 9th, 2012. One random winner will be selected from all valid comments and announced on Sunday, November 11th. Good luck!

For the weekly giveaway I had to choose the Thought of the Week Posters. I like to spruce up the room to encourage and motivate students with positivity. This poster set would be great to use as my quick writing prompts. It would als get the students thinking and get our classroom atmosphere uplifted. Love the colorful ness of them also.

All the items look like great ways to motivate students in a positive way. I like the desk fairy because i have many students that are unorganized and dont seem to care.

I love the positive thoughts mini-posters! I work in a school with a high free/ reduced lunch population that has a lot of negative influences to overcome. Any positivity I can show them is awesome! Thanks for the great products!

I love the positive quotes. As a fifth-grade teacher, I always try to find a way to encourage their dreams and instill self-worth in my children. This will give them a visual of my words and a topic to reflect on during journaling.

Love #3. Our students can recite the Values Code forward and backwards, but this will be another way to reinforce these behaviors that we recite each day!
